What Logixcel LLC collects through logixcel.com and the software and hardware work we quote, why, and where it goes.

Howdyline, our AI receptionist, handles callers’ information under its own agreement with each shop, not this policy.
What the contact form collects
When you send a message from our contact page, the form collects:
- your name
- your email address
- what you need: Software, Hardware, Howdyline or Other
- your message
To keep out spam robots, the form also has a hidden field that people never see, and checks how long the form was open. We use what you send only to answer you and to quote your work.
Where your message goes
The website emails your message to contact@logixcel.com, and we reply by email. It keeps no copy: nothing you type into the form is saved on the web server or in a database.
Your message stays in our mailbox while we need it to answer you and, if you hire us, as a record of the job. We delete enquiries that don’t become a job after two years.
Payments through Stripe
We bill through Stripe, our payment processor. When you pay a Logixcel invoice or payment link, you pay on Stripe’s secure page, and Stripe collects your card or bank details. We never see or store your full card number.
Stripe tells us what we need to keep our books: your name, email address, the amount paid, the card’s brand and last four digits, and your billing address if the page asks for it. Stripe handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
We keep invoices and payment records for seven years, for tax.
Files and data you share for a job
If you hire us, you may send us designs, files, logins or business data so we can do the work. We use them only for your job, share them only with the suppliers the job needs, and delete or return them when you ask once the job is done.
Seeing or deleting what we have
To ask what we have from you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email contact@logixcel.com from the address you used with us. We’ll reply within 30 days.
Your messages and project files are deleted. We keep only the invoices and payment records the law requires, and Stripe keeps its own records under its policy.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
