Refund policy
Every job is quoted and made for you, so what’s refunded depends on how far the work has got.

In short: cancel before work starts and you get everything back; after that, you pay only for what’s been done. Our terms of service cover the rest of how we work.
Cancelling before work starts
If you cancel before we start work, we refund everything you’ve paid, deposit included. Work starts when we begin designing or building, or order materials or parts for your job, and we’ll email you when it does.
Deposits once work has started
Once work has started, the deposit pays for the time spent and the materials bought up to the day you cancel. If that comes to less than the deposit, we refund the rest. If it comes to more, we invoice the difference, never more than the quoted price. Either way, we’ll send you a breakdown.
Software after delivery
Software delivered as quoted isn’t refundable. If it doesn’t do what the quote describes, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll fix it at no charge. If we can’t fix it, we refund what you paid for the part that doesn’t work.
Custom-made hardware
3D prints are made to your design, so they can’t be resold. Once printing has started, a hardware job can’t be cancelled for a refund, and finished parts can’t be returned for a change of mind.
If a part arrives damaged, or doesn’t match the design and quote you approved, email us within 14 days of getting it, with photos. We’ll remake it at no charge, or refund what you paid for it if we can’t.
Faults that come from design files you supplied or approved aren’t refunded, but we’ll quote a fix.
How to ask for a refund
Email contact@logixcel.com from the address on your invoice, with:
- your invoice number
- what you’d like refunded, and why
- photos, if a part arrived damaged or wrong
We’ll reply within 3 business days. An approved refund goes back through Stripe to the card or account you paid with, and your bank usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it.
If you’re unhappy with a charge, please email us before disputing it with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster.
